~ A Storybook About Me ~

Once upon a time, in a sun-drenched town called White River, a little girl grew up surrounded by one of the most beautiful places on earth.  Her back yard nestled close to the wild, magnificent Kruger National Park.

And yet — while other children ran outside to play, she preferred to stay in. Pencil in hand, paper in front of her, she felt most herself when she was drawing.

Life, as it tends to do, had other plans. She grew up, and the years filled themselves with something wonderful — children of her own to raise, little lives to nurture. Somewhere along the way, the drawings were quietly tucked away.

But creativity, it turns out, is patient.

When the nest grew quiet and the last child flew, something stirred. A memory. A longing. I always wanted to take drawing lessons.

So she did.

She picked up an iPad, discovered Procreate, and fell in love with drawing all over again. And when she wasn’t drawing, she was lacing up her hiking boots and heading into the wild — because it turns out, the little girl who stayed indoors grew up to love the outdoors after all. Especially a good campfire under a sky full of stars.

And just like that, a dream was born — to write and illustrate books for the little ones she loves most. Books about adventure. About nature. About the magic of a tent, a trail, and a mom who says yes, let’s go.

Her very first book, Milo's great adventure, with his mom is about the magic on a trail, and a single mom who say's lets go - just the two of them.  a tender, joyful celebration of the single mom who shows up, and never let their children miss a single moment of magic.

And Linda’s is just getting started.
